The International Seabed Authority (ISA) is currently finalising the regulatory framework for deep sea mining — a global inflection point that will define who benefits from the polymetallic nodules, cobalt crusts, and seafloor massive sulphides that lie beneath international waters.

Bahari BlueTech holds deep technical expertise in ISA regulatory frameworks, nodule extraction engineering, environmental management plans for seabed disturbance, and the geopolitical dimensions of deep sea mineral governance as they pertain to African EEZ states.
